The Trickle-Down Effect is the idea that every habit – good or bad – affects every other habit. Patterns get created whether we want to or not. It’s up to us to find them and make them better.
We need to look inside our own lives for patterns and repetitions. Once we have a faint idea, we can start to fix these patterns by breaking out of them. In this post, I talk about how I broke the mould for one of my own patterns.
